Hey guys, can you add the following to PAT?

When using the Shift Factor tool, the ability to Scope.  This helps so we don't see the contribution of units in New England on a constraint in SPP.

Second, in the PFF compare tool, can you highlight differences in R and X values?

Done.  On the PFF compare, look for a new column on the left grid called "Note".  If a branch exists in both PFF's and either the status is different, or the impedance absolute differs by more than 0.001, the note will say either "status" or "impedance".

On the Shift factor tool, the "Show selected constraints" button now pays attention to the scope for units and PARs.  Thanks - great ideas.
